GFRA Poster Pitch Presentations

Poster Presentation Guidelines
• There is an opportunity to give a 90sec ‘pitch’ at the end of the oral sessions. To prepare your ‘pitch’ presentation, please follow the corresponding instructions. We assume that you are willing to give this poster pitch unless we hear from you otherwise at
• Also, you will be expected to stand by your work to discuss your research during teatime following the corresponding pitch session. For those presentations taking place during the last evening sessions, presenters are expected to be by their posters during the first morning break, the following day.
• Posters should be prepared in PORTRAIT orientation. Posters should be printed in A0 format (841 x 1189 mm; 33.1 x 46.8 in). Please do not exceed these dimensions.
• Please hang your poster at the start of the meeting on Tuesday, October 29st. You must remove your poster at the end of the meeting on Thursday, October 31st. All remaining posters will be discarded.
• You must hang your poster according to the number assigned in the program book. Poster mounting materials will also be provided to you.
